We intend to create a robotic manipulator arm made out of innovative materials with special properties, which allow a revolutionary advance in robotics. Our product is best described as a superior robotic arm compared to the existing analogues ones in terms of degrees of freedom and also the possibility of miniaturization, flexibility and efficiency. Meantime, the robotic arm’s actuators are capable of acting as sensors, too. We will implement this invention for the underwater environment and produce superior underwater robots, which will replace the existing models. We chose underwater robotics to illustrate the advantages of this technology due to the challenging and particular conditions of this environment. |
