Project Structure Premio project addresses the issue of developing an entrepreneurial culture among candidates from higher education (students, professors, researchers) in a transnational perspective. The main objective is to develop generic attributes and skills that are the foundations of entrepreneurship, complemented by imparting specific knowledge about business and management. The project structure is based in three main concepts: - Training Entrepreneurship and Innovation Course - Mentoring - Incubation This structure will ensure a very strong impact of the project results and will guarantee the replication of the training/mentoring model. Project Participants University students, professors and researchers from Portugal, Estonia, Romania and Greece, whishing to transform an innovative idea into a technological based spin off or start up enterprise. Training Entrepreneurship and Innovation Course A training/mentoring course that departs from personalized sequential workshops subordinated to subjects like: - - Company
- - Business-plan Creation
- - Innovation
- - Financing
- - Marketing and Copyright
- - Internationalization and Localization
The training/mentoring course contents will have a common base in all participating countries, and trainees are expected to engage in transnational groups and to interact with international mentors. Each trainee-entrepreneur will propose a technological based business plan as a result of this training/mentoring course . Mentoring Participants will also be helped by an individual accompaniment throughout its enterprise forming stage, processed through a collaborative platform with the help of an International pool of experts. Incubation The best proposed business plans resulting from the training course will receive a prize (PREMIO) that corresponds to the pre-incubation of the company in very favourable conditions in the project partners facilities (Science & Technology Parks).
